My monthly bookkeeping is priced as a flat fee based on the complexity of your accounts and the level of ongoing support needed. Below are typical ranges to give you a general sense of pricing. Final pricing is always confirmed after a brief review.
I am available for one time projects and ad-hoc hourly bookkeeping work as well.

Monthly Bookkeeping - Ongoing
These are guidelines, not rigid tiers. Many clients fall between categories, and pricing is adjusted accordingly.
Simple /
Low-Activity Accounts
Typically $150 - $200/month
- 1–3 bank or credit card accounts
- Low transaction volume

Moderate Activity /
Small Businesses
Typically $250–400/month
- 3–5 accounts

Complex or High-Activity Accounts
Starting at $500/month

- Ongoing support and coordination

Catch-Up / Cleanup Work (One-Time Projects)
Catch-up and cleanup work is quoted separately from monthly bookkeeping and is priced as a one-time project.
Typical catch-up projects range from $300–1000, depending on:
- How far behind the books are
- Number of accounts
- Transaction volume
- Overall condition of the file
For larger or uncertain cleanups:
- Priced as a flat project fee, or Hourly at $75/hour, with an estimate and cap provided in advance
